2017 Election: Official Results

Voter Requirements
  • 18 years of age
  • 17 year olds may register - must be 18 by date of election    
  • Must be a United States citizen
  • Reside in town you wish to register in

How to Register
You may register by mail or call for application. Registration may be conducted in person at the Town Clerk's office at Town Hall. Applications are also in libraries and Department of Motor Vehicles. When you receive your license renewal forms, applications will be included.

You may print out a voter registration form and mail it to the Registrar of Voters if it is inconvenient to register in person. Download the voter registration card, complete the required information, and mail it to the registrar.

You may also use the State of Connecticut's online Voter Registration System. See the link under Quick Links on the right side of this page.
Voting Information

Polling places for local referendums and primaries are at the fire houses:

District 1:
Coventry Volunteer Fire Association Fire House
1755 Main St.

District 2:
North Coventry Volunteer Fire Department Fire House
3427 Main St.

All November elections will be held in the schools:

District 1:
George Hersey Robertson School
227 Cross St.

District 2:
Coventry Grammar School
3453 Main St.
