Zumba Gold

Beginning in October, Thursdays from 5:15-6:15pm

Perfect For:
Active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class
that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.
How It Works:
The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba®
choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and
coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave
empowered and feeling strong.
Benefits:
Class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular
conditioning, flexibility and balance!

Fitness Classes

Level 1 Fitness - Every Tuesday/Thursday 9:30-10:30 A.M. with certified instructor Mary Hurley. Cash at the door - $3.00

This class focuses on a low impact workout and is chair seated.

Fitness Center

Our Fitness area is truly a room with a view! Our private room overlooking the lake is open during all Senior Center hours. It features a treadmill, elliptical and stationary bike as well as mats, exercise balls and hand-held weights for your use.

Stop by the Senior Center to pick up a Fitness Center Packet that includes all the information you need to get started. Completion of a Fitness Center Packet and attendance at an Equipment Orientation Session is mandatory before using the Fitness Center. Please call the Senior Center for more information.

Yoga

Suitable for both beginners and more experienced students, this class will help you build muscle, strength, improve flexibility, balance and increase energy.

Time:  Every Wednesdays, 3-4 pm

Fee:  $6 per class, punch card or $8 per class, drop-in fee
