The Coventry Parks and Recreation Department provides indoor rental opportunities at the following locations:
Patriots Park Lodge
Enjoy majestic views of Coventry Lake, anytime of year while enjoying all that Patriots Park has to offer for your next birthday party, family reunion, graduation party and more! Amenities include: kitchen with 2 stoves, microwave & refrigerator; tables & chairs for 65; additional banquet tables; gas fireplace; outdoor deck overlooking the Patriots Park Beach.

Mill Brook Place
Nestled in the heart of Historic Coventry Village, this recently renovated, historic mill building is perfect for business gatherings, workshops and parties, with easy access to serene Mill Brook Park. Amenities include: kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator and Keurig coffee pots; tables & chairs for 75.

Coventry Parks and Recreation also has three outdoor pavilions available for rent:
Creaser Park Pavilion
Located at 100 Case Rd, Creaser Park is a beautiful state-owned and town-managed park. The pavilion has eight picnic tables and can accommodate up to 75 guests. The park offers walking trails and a nine hole disc golf course. The pavilion has electricity and lights. Access to port o’ john available April 15 – November 15.
Lisicke Beach Pavilion – available for Coventry residents only
Located at Lisicke beach the corner of Main St and Cheney Lane. This pavilion has four picnic tables and can accommodate up to 30 guests. A Coventry resident beach sticker is required to park. Included with your rental fee is five event parking passes for non residents or guests without stickers. There is no electricity. Access to bathrooms available Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Patriots Park Pavilion
Located at beautiful Patriots Park, 124 Lake Street, the Pavilion is situated right by the beach with views of Coventry Lake and easy access to the playscape, black top and swings. The pavilion has 6 stationary picnic tables and can accommodate up to 30 guests. Grills are not available, however you are welcome to bring your own. Receptacles for hot coals available on site. Please note: Patriots Park Pavilion is NOT available for reservation during the beach season, Memorial Day-Labor Day (first-come, first-served).
*Please note: Alcohol is NOT permitted at outdoor pavilions.
Pavilion Rates (Minimum 3 Hours):
- Coventry Resident - $12/hour
- Non Resident - $23/hour
- Coventry Non Profit - $5/hour
- Other Non Profits - $10/hour
