2019 Grand List Revaluation


The Town of Coventry, CT has hired Vision Government Solutions Inc to complete its state-mandated revaluation program.  The reassessment project will establish market value as of October 1st, 2019 and will be reflected in the tax bills issued in the summer of 2020.

Updates on the revaluation process can be found on the Assessor’s webpage.

Property owners wishing to discuss their new assessments will have an opportunity to speak with a representative of Vision Appraisal during the final phase of the valuation process beginning December 10th through December 18th.  Appointments with Vision Appraisal can be made by phone at 1-888-844-4300 or online at
