With all the money which went into upgrading the Main Street ( which looks really nice) why were the electric lines not put underground? They look terrible especially by bidwell. Everything is...

With all the money which went into upgrading the Main Street ( which looks really nice) why were the electric lines not put underground? They look terrible especially by bidwell. Everything is upgraded and then there are the ugly lines going everywhere
