    As women we spend so much time caring for those around us. This is an opportunity to focus on taking care of YOU, while surrounding yourself with women who will support & encourage you. Come join instructor Jillian Miner for a quick, fun, heart-pumping workout that will leave you full of energy for the weekend ahead! We will alternate short bursts of cardiovascular activity with targeted toning exercises to build endurance and strengthen from head to toe. Please bring water, a set of 3-8 LB dumbbells, and a mat or beach towel.
